The Orgestra Koolberg's recording debut, this desirable slice of vinyl features their version of John Barry's classic theme tune for 'The Ipcress File', backed with a funked-up soundtrack to a scooter ride around the flatlands of Essex and through wildest Dagenham. On "A Man Alone", they substitute a Morricone-like guitar lead for Barry's original cimbalom signature, and replace flutes with Hammond to create a modern slant on a 60s classic. On "Vesparation" a relentless assembly line groove is custom-built for keen followers of the Getup. Deep and dirty, and rather more menacing than a 49 CC Vespa. These are copies from 2007.
