Springfield, Illinois Local Drags quickly follow up their 2019 debut LP with this four-song 7" EP. Still in the same punk-influenced, 90s-power pop-vein as their full-length, the songs on The Boys Are Still In Town have a decidedly more nostalgic, perhaps even a melancholy tone, with a slightly smoother sound, ala Gin Blossoms or Teenage Fanclub.
