Virginia's garage rock freaks THE AR-KAICS are back with another double dose of dark, primitive rock'n'roll! "IX" and "X" find the band pushing further into their own strange universe of raw 60s garage sounds, hypnotic rhythms and unsettling atmosphere. Forget polished retro nostalgia, this is the kind of garage punk that prefers the shadows, with one foot in the past and the other somewhere considerably weirder.

Two new tracks, two more steps down the winding and surreal road these guys have been travelling for years. Far-out, primal and made for dark times, this little 45 should be right up the alley of anyone who likes their garage rock moody, stripped-down and just a little dangerous. THE AR-KAICS are still digging deeper!
