Eight Piece Box - generally known as a small cardboard box in which tasty pieces of "fried chicken" are served. Finger lickin' good. Here, however, something completely different is served: namely pure, unpolished Rock'n'Roll! The four protagonists of EPB connect on the one hand a very long friendship and on the other hand (or probably because of it) in particular her great love for rock 'n' roll. Like: Tex Morton. A Berlin guitar legend! Hardly anyone plays the guitar with such a fiery passion as Tex Morton. Countless Albums and live shows bear witness to this, be it with 'Lolitas', 'Lüde und die Astros', 'Mad Sin' or the legendary 'Kamikaze Queens'. Matthias Wyder, who also lives in Berlin, plucks the strings on the double bass his very own one/two-man project "Sound8Orchestra". He was also a founding member of the Swiss rock'n'roll band "Theos Fried Chickenstore". Pat Benoit and Freddy Bürgin, two from Biel, were also founding members of "Theos Fried Chickenstore" and are now the core of the Swiss punk rock band "Chicken Reloaded". At EPB sings Pat and Freddy plays his legendary cocktail drums (standing up). The ultimate heartfelt thing of real rock'n'roll, bringing this raw music "live" onto the stage, brought the four dudes from Berlin and Biel together. Getting people dancing, throwing wild parties, drinking beer and liquor is the band's declared intention. They celebrate their old rock'n'roll heroes with their own cover versions (from Johnny Burnette to the Cramps), but also sprinkle their own songs into the set list. A wild party night is guaranteed.
