Sir Bald y Los Hairies are an international trio fronted by Sir Bald (Hipbone Slim) and joined by the Lorre Brothers - Mr.Freeze and Gorilla (Los Wavy Gravies, Bo Dereks Allnight Workers).

After escaping from 'The Zoo' in Galicia/Spain, the trio headed up to the south of the border and found refuge in a disused warehouse in Porto. Discovered by Discos Dinamite's producer Nuno Riviera, the band decided to record what would become their first LP 'Escaped from the Zoo'.

Over the next three days, the band recorded 22 songs on 8 track tape, subsisting only on Super Bock, barbecue and coffee! After the band's request of keeping it simple, Riviera mixed the whole stuff in 15 hours and the rest is history!

The Plug side 'Shakin' the Bacon' is a rockin' party starter and we might even say - the perfect appetizer for a proper shakedown! The Flip 'Little Green Man' is a killer early garage rocker spin that talks about a little dude from outer space that just wanted to play Rock 'n' Roll!

As usual, this hot piece of wax comes in a limited 500 hand numbered press with a neat green company sleeve.
