The Beatpack have been blasting out raw '60s garage punk and tough R&B since 1989 - apart from a casual twenty-year disappearance! Their first EP was produced by Billy Childish, their early records came out on Screaming Apple, and after crawling back from the dead in 2012 they've been making a proper racket again ever since.

Recorded at Gizzard Analogue Studios, "The house of antiquities" completes the loose trilogy that started with "All good things (turn to dust)" and continued with "The violet hour". Forget polishing things up or dragging garage punk into the modern age - The Beatpack bash through this stuff the way it should be done: raw, loud and dirty, with tough R&B pumping through its veins and enough '60s garage fuzz to strip the wallpaper off your walls. These guys have been at it long enough to know exactly where the good shit is buried. Dig it!
