Label: J-Becks! Another Corpus Christi, Texas outfit - there were only 4 bands in the entire town - who were also picked up by the great J-Beck label. This was their first release, and it's a great way to start. A genius version of the Slim Harpo classic played through a haze of electrically-charged Stones-itus. These guys did shows with the Elevators and even covered one of their tracks for their third 45. Comped on any Texas LP worth it's salt, this is big bucks and worth every penny.
