Sister Cookie began teaching herself to sing and play the piano from an early age, but in her late teens, discovering the roots of black music combined with her love of the stage and Sister Cookie became a fixture of London's vintage music scene, appearing regularly at events like the Lady Luck Club and Jukebox Jam. To date, Cookie has performed across Europe, including at Lache Pas La Patate (France), Hultsfreed Hayride(Sweden), Funtastic Dracula Carnival and Slap! Festival (both in Spain). Her debut album is due for release at the end of 2015 on FOLC Records. But before, he joined together with one of the best R&R bands of the last years over the world, MFC CHicken, to record some songs of Spencer Evoy, sax player and singer of the band.
