Who needs monsters when you've got melodies this infectious? Originally released in 2002, "Go! Stories" is the seventh studio album by Sacramento's much-loved GROOVIE GHOULIES, and one of their most ridiculously catchy records! After years of touring, label changes and line-up shuffles, KEPI and his crew went straight back to basics, serving up fourteen blasts of RAMONES-fuelled punk rock, 60s bubblegum hooks and the kind of good-time energy that could cheer up even the grumpiest graveyard ghoul.

Unlike their usual monster-movie obsessions, "Go! Stories" takes a more personal turn, but there's certainly no shortage of fun. From "Mess Me Up" and "Ghoulies Are Go!" to "School Is Out" and the brilliant "'Til Death Do Us Party", this is fast, melodic, no-nonsense pop punk with its heart firmly in the right place. Short songs, big choruses and absolutely no time wasted!

Out of print for more than two decades, this little gem finally returns courtesy of STARDUMB RECORDS, complete with brand-new artwork by TOM NEELY and pressed on LIMITED PINK VINYL! Essential stuff for fans of THE RAMONES, THE QUEERS, SCREECHING WEASEL and anyone who likes their punk rock with a generous helping of bubblegum!
