Instead, the frivolous duo from Lucerne now presents us the complete collection on April 21st 2023, digitally and on vinyl: "Catch 22" contains 12 tracks that are varied, playful, brute, as well as uniquely special, wonderful, and danceable. The neon-colored space illustrations by Corinne Odermatt accompanied every song release with verve and sure taste: The twelve-page annual calendar, which presented a new song for download every month, was Blind Butcher's answer to the increasingly widespread "waterfall release" strategy. If release strategies are currently subject to the streaming dictate, then at least with style - and haptics.
