A new vinyl edition of the 1985 debut album from Huntington Beach punk legends The Vandals. "When In Rome Do As The Vandals" catches the band in their original, wonderfully obnoxious incarnation, mixing fast Southern California punk with the sarcastic humour and complete lack of good taste that would remain a Vandals trademark.

The album includes one of their best-known early tracks, "Ladykiller", alongside a batch of equally irreverent punk songs from a time when the Orange County scene was still considerably rougher around the edges. It's also historically significant as the last Vandals album featuring original vocalist Steven "Stevo" Jensen, who left the band shortly afterwards.

A great snapshot of the early Vandals before the more polished pop-punk sound of their later years.
