A lost piece of the Greek garage underground finally makes it onto vinyl! The Odd Mods formed in Athens in 1992, when a bunch of teenage '60s obsessives decided that the middle of the grunge era was exactly the right time to start an uncompromising three-chord garage punk band.

Inspired by "Back From The Grave" and "Pebbles", they went all the way: Beatle boots, turtlenecks, mop-tops, fuzz guitars and even a genuine 1964 Farfisa Compact organ, tracked down in West Athens and restored for the band. Their raw, snotty sound helped kick-start the Greek '90s garage explosion, but The Odd Mods burned brightly and briefly, disappearing again in the summer of 1993 and leaving only a handful of legendary tape recordings behind.

More than three decades later, Sunnyboy66 Records have finally dug those tapes out of the vault. "We Are The Odd Mods" contains four previously unreleased archival recordings, primitive and gloriously rough, capturing the band exactly as they sounded at the time rather than trying to clean history up.

Limited to only 200 copies on black vinyl, including an insert with the full band story and rare archive photos.
