Featuring ex (and current) members of The X-Men, The Cannibals, Armitage Shanks, The Dentists and more, the 'Contacts are a 5-piece combo of ill repute, based in Hastings in South East England. They got together with just one shared ambition: to mess peoples' heads up with their BRUTAL fuzzed-out garage punk rock! This first outing features an apocalyptic band original on the topside, 'The World's End', a hyperventilated tale of foreboding, whilst the flip offers a demented run-down of Thee Headcoats' classic, 'When You Stop Loving Me'. Both sides were taped live to 8-track tape back in August at State Records' custom-built North Down Sound Studios.
