A superb piece of Spanish ye-ye soul returns to vinyl for the first time since its original release in 1970. Backed by Ramon y sus Showmen, Claudya delivers two energetic Spanish-language versions of American soul hits, combining punchy brass, driving rhythms and a wonderfully powerful vocal performance.

The songs were originally recorded by The Grass Roots and Bill Deal & The Rhondels, but these versions have plenty of character of their own. Rediscovered by DJs and collectors in recent years, both sides have become favourites on the international '60s club scene.
