The Gospel Pimps are the Alter Ego of Germany's well Known and Respected THE JUKE JOINT PIMPS, astead of focusing themselves to the Rawside of Chicago's Rhythm n Blues are from the late 40's early 50's the Gospel Pimps got inspired by the RAW POWER of Early Black Louisiana Gospel Singing Groups , they Even Invited a Gospel Choir into the Studio to Record Some of the songs.. the Band got inspired as well trough the PEACOCK and the SAVOY catalogue bands such as THE STAPLE SINGERS , FIVE BLIND BOYS OF ALABAMA or even the arly' GOLDEN GATE QUARTET are big influence in their recordings .
