The French Riviera's finest punk rock troublemakers are back, and they haven't mellowed one bit. On "This Is Not A Guitar", Arsene Obscene & The Loozers rip through twelve tracks of hook-filled, no-nonsense punk that proudly wears its late-'70s influences on its sleeve without ever sounding like a nostalgia act.

Ten of the twelve tracks clock in at under two minutes, combining the buzzsaw energy of the Ramones, the raw edge of early Misfits, the Detroit grit of Cinecyde and the quirky punch of The Spits.
