Up on the French Pyrenees, Z & the Tiki Twisters formed in 2016 by the union of four musicians from the local garage, psychobilly, punk and noise scenes of the area.

Far from the sea, they still play a fast dramatic garage surf drenched in reverb.

As an Instrumental three-piece combo, they self-released their first 7 track EP Hardcore Twist in Istanbul City in 2018. In 2022, their first self-titled LP was released on Surf Cookie Records.

In October this year, they will be releasing their 2nd LP The Henchmen Mutiny, on Surf Cookies and Productions Impossible Records.
