More than thirty years after their last album, Thee Cybermen finally return with a brand-new collection of original songs - and it was well worth the wait.

Founding members Dan Price and Pete Scoundrel are joined by Medway legend Bruce Brand (The Milkshakes, Thee Headcoats) on drums and surf guitar ace Hipbone Slim, creating a line-up that perfectly captures the spirit of British 60s-inspired garage rock. Recorded entirely analogue at Gizzard Studio in London, "Never Said Goodbye" delivers twelve original tracks steeped in beat, garage, surf and rhythm & blues.

From the mod stomp of "Pink Wig" to the raw garage attack of "Bad Liquor" and the Merseybeat-inspired melodies running throughout the album, Thee Cybermen effortlessly blend classic British beat influences with the rough-edged attitude of the Medway scene. The result is authentic without ever sounding nostalgic.
