Bloody hell, they're at it again! After scratching that 25-year itch with their comeback, Thee Headcoatees clearly decided they hadn't made enough noise yet. "Ev'rybody's gonna be happy" is a brand-new studio album, released alongside Thee Headcoats' "Children of the sect" LP - because apparently one new dose of Medway racket simply wasn't enough.

And what sort of racket? The label reckons on a punch-up between Bo Diddley, The Ramones and The Sonics at the soggy bottom of a well, and frankly that's a pretty damn good description of the mess we're dealing with here. Primitive beats, raw guitars, garage punk attitude and absolutely no interest in polishing away the dirt that made Thee Headcoatees such a blast in the first place. No tasteful heritage-act nonsense, thank fuck - just another gloriously battered slab of Medway garage rock'n'roll. Long may they misbehave!
