After infecting the European underground with their relentless live shows and a ferocious debut LP in 2023, Amsterdam punk outfit THE COVIDS are back for round two!

Releasing on Wap Shoo Wap Records on September 25, their sophomore full length "PAY NO MIND" is a 10-track barrage of melodic grit and reckless joy drawing on influences like The Buzzcocks, The Undertones and The Wipers for example. This time their songwriting is sharper, without the songs losing their raw energy and of course still having hooks that are stickier than gum under your boots.

A great example of this is the anthemic track "No Kids", which is filled to the brim with catchiness and power. It's so full of life, that by the second verse even your grandma will have started sewing patches onto her denim vest. And this track is no exception, literally every song on this album can have this effect.

The Covids aren't here to re-invent punk, they're here to grab it by the collar and drag it back onto the dance floor!
