Active since 2015, the Toulouse quartet Foggy Tapes brings sweet pop-garage, accompanied by crystal bright guitars, a lo-fi touch, a generous analogue cassette echo and vocal harmonies. Before they booked rehearsal studios, they perfected their three-voice vocal harmonies, drawing largely on vocal girl groups like The Shirelles and The Ronettes. They recorded and released their debut album 'Cogito Ergo Fog', an LP celebrating their unconditional love for surfing, country, psyche and garage. Fully recorded, mixed and produced by the group.
