Thirty years after their first release, Stockholm's legendary Sewergrooves return with "The Acoin Session", proving they have lost none of the power that made them one of Scandinavia's most respected garage rock bands.

Since emerging from Sweden's underground scene in the early 90s, The Sewergrooves have built a reputation on tough Detroit-inspired rock'n'roll, soulful grooves and consistently strong songwriting. Rather than relying on nostalgia, the band has always focused on memorable songs, raw energy and a genuine love for rock'n'roll in its purest form.

Recorded and produced by the band themselves, "The Acoin Session" finds The Sewergrooves sounding as vital as ever. Influences ranging from MC5, Radio Birdman, Dead Moon and Wipers to Thin Lizzy and Roky Erickson can be heard throughout, but the result remains unmistakably Sewergrooves: powerful guitars, soulful swagger, big hooks and plenty of attitude.
